Salon Terms and Conditions

We advise all our clients to read through the salon terms and conditions before making a booking. These are put in place to safeguard the salon and to ensure the maximum standards and service is offered to the client and in turn that we are not at a loss for 'no show' and late cancellations. In booking an appointment you are agreeing to our salon terms and conditions stated below.

CANCELLATION POLICY

IN ORDER TO CANCEL/MOVE/CHANGE YOUR APPOINTMENT, WE REQUIRE 24 HOURS NOTICE PLEASE OR YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL TREATMENT PRICE. Please kindly appreciate our time is our wages .

We reserve the right to charge full treatment price, if you do not show/cancel/move or miss your appointment due to personal commitments. Unfortunately, if your child is sick/your work has kept you in/you are stuck in traffic or you simply forgot. We unfortunately cannot take any reasons into consideration due to the amount of late cancellations or no shows we get.

Trying to rescheduling to another day or time without the prior 24 hours notice still will result in a full treatment charge. As you are still not giving us enough notice to fill the original slot.

DEPOSITS

If you have paid a 50% deposit, you will be required to pay the remainder amount of the treatment before we can book you in for another appointment.

CONSENT / CONSULTATION FORMS

A number of our treatments will require you to fill out a consent form prior to the treatment procedure. This will be filed for future reference and treated with the utmost confidence.

CHILDREN

For insurance reasons and the comfort of other clients, we kindly ask clients not to bring young children to the clinic unless another adult can accompany them whilst you are having your treatment done. If your treatment is longer than 30 mins we advise not to bring your child as past experiences forced us to request this.

TARIFF

We reserve the right to amend, modify and alter the tariff for individual treatments and packages without prior notice.
